Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, tools, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit to our inspection facility.
